Banking software developer Diasoft plans initial public offering on the Moscow Stock Exchange

IPOs of technology companies in 2023 are becoming a trend, the success of which was reinforced by the recent IPO of the Astra group. Analysts doubt that Diasoft will be included in the lists of major quotes, but the company’s shares may be in demand.

According to Timur Nigmatullin, senior investment consultant at Finam, it makes sense to list such a company on the stock exchange with a capitalization of at least 20 to 30 billion rubles. Taking into account the current financial configuration of the company, the placement volume could amount to several billion rubles, says Anna Avakimyan, chief analyst at Regblok.
