The developer of software for recording and evaluating employee behavior “Stakhanovets” started working on the Turkish market. This was reported to RB.RU by the company’s press service.
Stakhanovets presents its solutions in Türkiye under the Nanogoz brand. The personnel performance monitoring system has already been implemented in 20 companies and by the end of the year their number will increase to 35, Stakhanovets said.
“The creation of Nanogoz was a strategic decision: the Turkish brand allows us to promote the product not only in the MENA market, but also opens access to European countries,” explained Stakhanovets COO Alexander Kanatov.
The Stakhanovets software package allows you to track working hours, analyze work efficiency and employee engagement, and prevent information leaks.
“Stakhanovets” plans to continue its expansion and develop the Latin American market, the company reported.
