The press service noted that the system includes lightweight, portable omnidirectional antennas designed to modernize shortwave radio stations. The project was implemented in scientific and technological cooperation with Alternative Energy Systems LLC and Egorshinsky Radio Plant OJSC.
This development will allow the people of the North to maintain contact with their families and stay in touch with government institutions, health institutions and the Ministry of Emergencies.
Scientists from NSTU NETI have created special omnidirectional antennas that are successfully integrated into existing shortwave radio stations, in particular the Angara-1M radio station. Following laboratory and field tests, improvements were made to the design of the radio station.
