Testing at the Texas factory showed that, thanks to 4WS, the Cybertruck can maneuver surprisingly easily, even on slippery surfaces.

The technology allows all four wheels to be steered, providing a tighter turning radius. In the video showing the test, we can see how the Cybertruck slides on ice but at the same time maintains full control over the movement.

Interestingly, the idea of four-wheel steering is not new; It was introduced more than 20 years ago but has not been widely adopted by automakers.

Tesla decided to revive this concept with the launch of the Cybertruck, which could become the new standard of electric pickup trucks of the future.
