Tinkoff Bank has launched individual money transfers in Thai baht via international financial messaging system SWIFT. The daily limit on the transfer amount is up to 50 thousand baht to any bank in Thailand – 127 thousand rubles. The exception is Kbank – 300 thousand baht per day, or approximately 763 thousand rubles.
Money can be transferred through the application or personal account on the bank’s website. At the same time, operations will be free only for premium clients, for others the commission will be 700 baht (approximately 1,780 rubles), writes RBC.
In July 2023, the United States imposed sanctions against Tinkoff Bank, after which the bank began to have problems with currency transfers. Subsequently, the credit institution regained the possibility of making currency transfers, even abroad. Delays are kept to a minimum, but the timing largely depends on the correspondent bank.
