The 3Streams fund, which is part of the TilTech investment group, invested in three projects: the manufacturer of the women’s clothing brand ENN, the manufacturer of climate-controlled appliances Brizeks and the manufacturer of furniture for gamers Vmmgame. This was reported to RB.RU by the fund’s press service.
The total investment amounted to 50 million rubles.
Women’s clothing brand ENN raised funds to expand its assortment matrix, expand sales channels and introduce a new management system. The company was founded in 2018, now has three stores (the flagship in Kazan, in the Vegas shopping center in Moscow and a corner on Trend Island) and develops its own clothing lines.
The manufacturer of climate controlled household appliances “Brizeks” attracted investments to develop new products, increase inventory, and also introduce a new control system. The company was founded in 2017, at the beginning of 2023 it began selling respirators of its own brand, having acquired the Atmeex company.
Vmmgame was founded in 2018, the brand produces furniture for gamers and those who spend a lot of time in front of the computer: gaming chairs and tables, rugs and work surfaces, accessories (pillows and armrests for chairs), chair covers. The investments will be used to expand the range and transition to a new management system.
3Streams was founded in April 2023 by the TilTech investment group. The fund focuses on projects with its own products in a niche worth more than 30 billion rubles and their sale, including in markets, with a turnover of 100 million rubles and more and year-on-year growth of 50%.
The fund is managed by Fedor Yakovlev, Nikolai Popovich and Elena Khobotova, who also lead the Startup Lab fund team (also part of the TealTech group).
