Rosaviatsia deprived Pobeda of its aviation equipment developer certificate

The suspension of the certificate, which was issued to Pobeda on December 28, 2022, is evidenced by the data contained in the list of documents on the website of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

As a source told Izvestia, violations of federal aviation regulations were identified during an inspection by the civil aviation supervision department of Rostransnadzor. They were authorized while modifications were being made to three Boeing 737 aircraft.

Pobeda received the certificate on December 28, 2022. Its validity was suspended as of November 10, 2023. The document confirmed that Pobeda can develop a safe standard design because its structure and personnel meet the requirements.

Pobeda representatives stated that the decision will not affect the activities of the airline, the airworthiness of the aircraft will be ensured through interaction with the design solutions development department of Aeroflot and Aeroflot Technics.
