Latin American startup Brinta closed a $5 million seed round led by Kaszek Ventures. Other investors include Yuri Milner’s DST Global, 17Sigma, Broadhaven, Latitude Ventures and Gilgamesh. This follows from Crunchbase data, which was observed by an RB.RU correspondent.

Yuri Milner’s DST Global and others invested $5 million in tax payment automation platform Brinta

Brinta is a platform to automate tax payment for companies in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina. With its help, preparing reports takes a couple of minutes.

The company was founded in 2023 by Michel Golfed and Rodrigo Sanchez Prandi. The central office is located in Montevideo (Uruguay). Brinta plans to spend the funds raised on further development of the platform.
