The Open Development Center company, which produces servers under the OpenYard brand, has started mass production of computer equipment at its Ryazan plant. TASS reports this.

The former joint venture of Yandex and Lanita began mass production of servers at a plant in Ryazan

The plant is located on the territory of the Ryazansky technological park. The total area of ​​the complex is more than 8 thousand square meters. m, production capacity: more than 60 thousand units of server products per year.

The site is currently operating at full capacity.

In November 2023, OpenYard acquired independent manufacturer status. OpenYard’s product portfolio includes servers, data storage systems, gateways and smart device components.

OpenYard is now owned by a group of private investors. At the end of October 2023, Yandex and the Lanit group of companies announced their withdrawal from the joint venture for the production of OpenYard servers and the sale of their shares to a “group of private investors.”
