Yandex has opened applications for beta testing of the new Alice, created on the basis of the YandexGPT 2 neural network.
The updated voice assistant maintains a coherent dialogue and continues to clarify questions with the answer of the previous answer. Alice will also have access to all the knowledge on the Internet and will be able to use it in her answers.
Beta users do not need to run the Let’s Make It Up skill. Alice will be able to solve different problems in one dialogue, indicating the context. For example, the voice assistant not only offers a presentation outline, but also suggests how to prepare for a public speaking. Or you can organize a New Year’s dinner menu and compose congratulations.
In addition, the “Helping Loved Ones” skills are required for quick communication with relatives.
With the help of beta testing, Yandex Plus subscribers can try the update first and take part in the development of Alice. To do this, you need to leave a request on the website. The number of places is limited. You can use the beta both in Stations and in chat with Alice in the Yandex application, Browser and on the Yandex main page.
