Apple has released a gift build of macOS Sonoma 14.2 for all users.

The Weather app now has a wind map showing its direction. Apple has also added additional weather widgets that can be installed on your desktop.
Apple Music on Mac now shows a playlist of featured tracks. In review modes, you can turn off your music listening history so that it does not affect recommendations and is not ordered in the section with recently played songs.
Apple has also added seven new layouts for Sami languages.
To install a new version of the system, you must open Settings → General → Software Update.
