Spotify liquidated its only legal entity in Russia

The service has not operated in the country since April 2022. The reason was an “exhaustive analysis of the current situation,” representatives of the platform explained then.

Before the start of the special operation in Ukraine, Spotify almost completely complied with the law on the “landing” of IT giants in Russia. On February 4, 2022, the service opened an official representative office in Russia.
