Telegram released two updates at once: 10.4 and 10.4.1.
Update 10.4 became another global one and introduced a number of changes. In particular, we redesigned the channels and updated the Premium conditions.
1. Admins can change the window design. To do this, they will use the votes of donated subscribers. Now it is possible to customize the color name, cover background, posts, and also use custom emoji statuses and wallpapers.
2. You can now give Premium from the settings. Just go to this section in the messenger and select up to 10 recipients.
3. Stories reposts appeared. Now it is possible to send a Story to another person or channel not only in chats, but also to your Story.
4. Stories settings have become more voluminous. Now you can quickly remove the background from a photo and put it on your Story. Minimum iOS 17 or Android 7 required.
5. The Detective Thanos effect has appeared. Works in channels. When you delete records, they will dissolve into tiny particles.
