Document flow automation service DocsInBox raised 30 million rubles. The company obtained a grant from the Innovation Promotion Fund. The funds will go towards developing artificial intelligence within the service.
The DocsInBox company received a grant of 30 million rubles from the Innovation Promotion Fund. A representative of DocsInBox reported this to RB.RU.
The company will spend funds on developing AI within the service and on more accurate accounting between restaurants and suppliers.
“Now, a trained NLP model allows you to automatically match counterparty items to restaurant items with 70% probability, or simplify the manual process by offering semantically correct suggestions. Currently, a limited list of system clients is working with this functionality to beta test the model,” notes the DocsInBox press service.
The grant funds will allow the company to offer the specified functionality to all customers.
In April 2023, DocsInBox launched an accounting service of the same name in the United Arab Emirates.
DocsInBox is a document automation service between restaurants and suppliers. According to the company, more than 3 thousand suppliers are connected to the service, 7.5 thousand restaurants cooperate with it, and monthly revenues exceed 10 million.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in the capital of DocsInBox LLC Doxinbox, 27% belongs to FRII Invest LLC, 26% to Leonid Dovbenko, 21% to Stanislav Seleznev, 18% to Investplus LLC, 9% to Evgeny Lebedev. The composition of the founders and their shares in the company have not officially changed since at least August 2022.
