The international cosmetics consortium Avon has changed its mind about the sale of assets in Russia. The company has a stable sales market in the country and, furthermore, with its own unique capabilities, so management does not want to give up a labor market and income generator. This was told by sources to Kommersant.
Following the start of the special operation in Ukraine, Avon announced the suspension of investments in local projects, but did not completely suspend its business in Russia.
In spring 2023, the company began preparations for the sale of the company in Naro-Fominsk. Together with the team, the Avon brand also becomes owned, which they plan to write in Cyrillic. Natura Siberica and the Arnest group of companies were interested in the assets.
