The Lefortovo Court of Moscow decided to suspend the activities of the Moscow club Mutabor for non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules. Previously, the establishment attracted attention as part of the scandal around the so-called almost naked party of Anastasia Ivleeva, which took place in this club.
“The court decided to find ART CENTER LLC guilty of committing an administrative offense and sentence it in the form of administrative suspension of the activities of the MUTABOR club for a period of 90 days,” reports the telegram channel “Courts of General Jurisdiction of the City of Moscow ”.
The meeting took place behind closed doors. The protocol against the owner of Art Center LLC was drawn up by Rospotrebnadzor.
Previously, at the end of December, the club organized a two-day “almost naked” party for blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, which was attended by representatives of Russian show business, including Ksenia Sobchak, Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Lolita, Anna Asti and others.
Some Telegram channels found the videos of the event too frank and found the format of the party unacceptable during a special military operation. Some Russian bloggers were very outraged by the match and demanded that the participants be punished.
After a wave of outrage in the media, guests at the event released an apology video.
The Federal Tax Service also launched an on-site inspection against Ivleeva, and producer Alexander Inshakov filed a lawsuit against the blogger for compensation for moral damage in the amount of 1 billion rubles.
The owner of Mutabor, Mikhail Danilov, in turn, decided to donate fragments of the relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker to the Church of the Sign of the Icon of the Mother of God in Moscow. In addition, as the Mash telegram channel wrote, the Club intends to sue Ivleeva, as the organizer of the party, for 70 million rubles for damage to her reputation.
