The shareholders of TCS Group decided to move the company to Russia. Interfax reported this.

The group of companies will begin the process of deregistration in Cyprus and new business registration in Russia. TCS Group will receive registration in a special administrative region, the so-called “Russian offshore”. The company did not specify where: on Russky Island or on Oktyabrsky Island.

The likelihood of TCS Group moving to Russia was first known in March 2023.

In January, TCS Group completed delisting of depositary receipts from the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
