Veronica Dorogush’s London-based startup Recraft has raised $12 million from Khosla Ventures, former GitHub head Nat Friedman, and others. The Times writes about this.

Recraft uses the Stable Diffusion neural network to generate images for brands based on their corporate identity. The startup plans to use the funds raised to develop its own AI model.

Veronica Dorogush, former head of Yandex’s machine learning systems development department, founded Recraft in September 2022 in London. In May 2023, the service attracted 390 thousand users.
