Kacpepcogo Laboratory experts have found a new Trojan that steals cryptocurrency from digital wallets on macOS.
The virus spreads along with hacked programs. The point is that it replaces the original crypto wallet application with its hidden version. This way, hackers receive a secret phrase that is needed to access the wallet.
The Trojan is distributed on macOS 13.6 and higher. Works with both Intel and Apple Silicon chips.
