According to the publication, the market closed an agreement to sublease 27.9 thousand square meters. m in the logistics park “PNK Park Shushary” with the DIY retailer “VseInstruments.ru”. In addition, the company entered into a lease agreement for 9.5 thousand square meters. m in the warehouse of the Lenta retailer, located at Moskovskoye Shosse, 345. And the market also occupied the sites of MLP Utkina Zavod and Armada Park.
According to the publication, the company will focus on building a new facility. Previously, Wildberries noted that they were rebuilding a warehouse destroyed in a fire. The company wants to open a new sorting center at the beginning of February.
