Yusuf Alekperov’s Ekto holding plans to acquire Premio Crumb. The company transforms used tires into crumb rubber. Kommersant writes about this.
“Cramb Prize” is registered in the Leningrad Region. Revenue at the end of 2022 amounted to 84 million rubles, net profit – approximately 6 million rubles.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the request of Western Petroleum Transportation JSC (VPT, part of Ekto) to purchase a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Premio Cramb LLC. The FAS believes that the agreement will not limit competition in the market for recycling waste rubber into secondary raw materials.
Yusuf Alekperov is the son of Lukoil shareholder and former president of the oil company Vagit Alekperov. Ekto includes VPT, car dealer Lukavto, energy drink maker Plan B and a small oilfield services company WellTech.
