The former head of Rostelecom, Alexey Palamarchuk, became the general director of Ntechlab. He replaced Sergei Suchkov, who had headed the company since July 2023.
Alexey Palamarchuk became the new CEO of Ntechlab. This is demonstrated by the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
According to registry data, Palamarchuk has headed Ntechlab since January 17, 2024. Previously, Palamarchuk held senior positions at Rostelecom, ER-Telecom and in government organizations.
As CEO of Ntechlab, Palamarchuk replaced Sergei Suchkov, who had led the company since July 2023.
In March 2023, the company’s founders, Alexander Kabakov and Artem Kukharenko, left Ntechlab.
The company that develops facial recognition systems Ntchlab was founded in 2015. In 2017, NTechLab agreed to connect its software to the video surveillance system of the city of Moscow. In 2020, the system was launched in ten more major cities.
