It turns out that to preserve the maximum amount of vitamin D in eggs, they should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature consistent with the ambient temperature. The best cooking method is boiled or scrambled eggs. It is these methods that allow you to preserve most of the vitamins in eggs.
