Finnish startup Viva Electric Jets introduced an electric jet ski, which the developers called “a jet ski that Batman will ride.”
The new product accelerates to 96.5 km/h thanks to the Almarin Jet propulsion system with a power of up to 130 kW (174 hp), the top version is called GT. In the Cruizer configuration, the device has a power of up to 60 kW (80 hp) and accelerates to 64 km/h.
In “eco” mode, the jet ski will cover up to 50 km; this success was achieved thanks to a battery with a capacity of 27 kWh.
The carbon fiber GT model weighs 440 kg, the fiberglass Cruizer weighs 470 kg. This version has the same payload of 200kg and a luggage compartment capacity of 500 liters with front access.
The new product costs €39,500 (about 4 million rubles). The first deliveries are scheduled for May 2024. [New Atlas]
