61% of Russians felt better and more productive after switching to remote work. Among the advantages, the savings of money and time, independence in time management stood out. This follows from a study conducted by the developer PIK and the online recruitment platform hh.ru, the results of which were reviewed by RB.RU.

54% of remote workers have never experienced burnout. To do this, it helps them to follow a daily routine, get enough sleep, maintain a homework plan, take regular breaks and play sports.
Most respondents work at a table, some prefer the kitchen or the couch. 53% would not refuse to have a personal office in an apartment.
For remote workers, the most important thing in the workplace is the comfort, silence and lighting of the space. Just over 20% noted that this work format allows them to be closer to the kitchen, and 11% are happy to have the opportunity to be close to their pets.
Russians cited lack of movement and social life as disadvantages of remote work. To improve their physical condition, 41% of remote workers go for a daily walk during their break and 38% of those surveyed play sports.
