Technically, he only listed the colors for the iPhone 16 Plus, but it’s likely the iPhone 16 will get them too. Apple doesn’t typically differentiate between colors on base models.
If this is true, then the iPhone 16 will come in seven colors. That’s two more than the iPhone 15.
