The new Open Service Vologda LLC was registered in February 2024 in St. Petersburg. According to the RusProfile service, as of April 9, 2024, Leonid Dovbenko owns 30.6% of the company, Valeria Zarutskaya – 49%, Igor Lazutkin – 20.4%.

The main type of activity includes consultations and work in the field of computer technology. The authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles, the general director is Igor Lazutkin.

  • Open Service was launched in 2010. In 2015, the founders of Open Service LLC were Leonid Dovbenko, Andrey Anfinogenov and Igor Lazutkin. Anfinogenov left the project in 2020, Dovbenko in 2023. Today the full owner of the company is Igor Lazutkin.
  • . The service helps launch and automate restaurants, set up business processes and increase the average bill. Among the products is the iiko system.
  • According to information on the company’s website, more than 15 thousand establishments were opened thanks to the service. Launching a completely turnkey restaurant costs from 80 thousand rubles. Over the past two years, the company’s clients have earned 15 billion rubles. Open Service offices are located in Russia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates.
  • Open Service LLC’s revenue in 2023 decreased by 4% compared to the previous year and amounted to 96 million rubles, and net profit fell by 87% to 2.4 million rubles, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

As Open Service reported to RB.RU, the company opens branches both independently and in partnership. For example, a few years ago an office was opened in Moscow and recently, thanks to cooperation, two more regions appeared in the company’s portfolio: Yaroslavl and Vologda.

“This type of merger allows you to grow faster and is very effective, especially when it is a new region for you. Thanks to this, the Open Service company immediately grew by 500 clients,” they noted.

In the future, the company plans to “open in every corner of the country” where restaurant support is needed. Open Service also plans to open a new center in the Siberian and Far Eastern regions in the near future.
