Shkulev Media Holding has closed a deal to acquire a stake in online psychology service Let’s Talk.Online. This was reported by the holding company’s press service; Information about the transaction is reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
According to the registry, the president of Shkulev Media Holding, Viktor Shkulev, owns 30% of Pogovorim Online LLC, which runs the service of the same name. 35% of the company’s capital each belongs to its co-founders Nigina Abaeva and Viktor Gaidai.
The asset in the form of a psychological service will complement Shkulev Media Holding’s portfolio along with Internet resources in the field of fashion, beauty, medicine and other services, the holding’s press service reported.
According to Let’s Talk.Online, the volume of the online psychology market is about 40 billion rubles and its potential is 10 times greater.
