Softline announced the appointment of Rashid Ismailov as Chairman of the Board of Directors. This was reported by the company’s press service.

Rashid Ismailov was President of VimpelCom PJSC from 2020 to 2023. Before joining the company, he headed Nokia Networks in Russia and headed a department at the Ministry of Digital Development (Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications).

In February 2024, Softline reported historically record financial results. The company’s turnover in 2023 reached 91.5 billion rubles, an increase of 29% compared to 2022.

In April 2024, Softline launched the selection of technological projects in the edtech segment for investment. The total investment will be one billion rubles.
