This is reported on the GIS Trading website. 6.865 million ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble each were auctioned. At the same time, the initial price was 10.610 billion rubles.

The Federal Property Management Agency already tried to sell Rosspirtprom in January 2024, but the auction was declared invalid due to lack of applications.

Rosspirtprom JSC was included in the federal property privatization program for the period 2022-2024. The company owns eight factories in the Russian regions.

The company is engaged in the production of ethyl alcohol, the transportation of dangerous goods, as well as the removal, storage and destruction by court decision of confiscated alcohol-containing products.
