How to automatically switch your iPhone to hype black and white mode so you don’t have to stay late at school or work

It happens to me every now and then on social networks, the Soviet iPhone is converted to black and white corners in order to be less distracted by work. Below I will show you how to do this and automate it. Here is our video on this topic.

First prepare a menu with a color filter:

1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size.
2. Scroll down and select “Filters”.
3. Turn on the toggle switch and select “grayscale.”

Now we need to automate the process:

4. Next transition app “Teams” and click on “+”
5. Click “Add Action” and enter “light filters” in the search.
6. Select “Adjust filters”.
7. Click on the “circular right arrow button”
8. From the Action menu, select Enable or Disable. Click “Done”.

9. In the same application, go to the “automation” tab and click “+”.
10. Click on “Time of Day”. Select the time and days of the week to change to black and white
eleven. Click on “Immediate launch” and make sure that the “notify about launch” toggle is turned off.
12. Click “Next”, “Shortcuts” and select our new “Adjust filters” command.

Ready.

Now the smartphone will be converted to black and white. In the same way, you can organize an additional shutdown. Just repeat the procedure in the “Automation” section and set the time to turn off.
