The Ozon Travel service increased in the first quarter of 2024, the number of active customers doubled and sales increased 3.2 times compared to the same period last year. This is stated in a message from Ozon.

The service’s customer base has doubled, the service’s monthly audience has exceeded 9 million people and the daily audience reaches 419 thousand.
Sales increased 3.2 times (the company did not provide absolute values). It should be noted that growth occurred in all service verticals at once, but the turnover in the hotel reservation segment increased most noticeably – 3.5 times.
The company noted that Ozon Travel customers are regular users of the Ozon marketplace.
Ozon Travel connects airlines and hotels with Ozon’s audience (the number of active buyers in the market exceeds 45 million people). The site has been selling tours since 2013; the route was closed in 2018. In 2021, the service was combined with the Ozon market.
