According to SuperJob, 1% of employers believe that the polygraph should be used when hiring for all positions, 35% – with financial and material responsibility. At the same time, 67% of applicants are willing to pass the lie detector test; More exotic methods generate more distrust.

RosExpert has recently noted an increase in interest in astrology among owners and senior managers. Experts explain this by the desire of people in difficult times to find a reference point and a point of support. They also suggested that for some it becomes a way to gain confidence in difficult situations.

One thousand human resources directors and other representatives of human resources services from different regions of the Russian Federation took part in the SuperJob survey.
