According to insider information, Rockstar Games is preparing to release new material that could appear as early as next week.

A recent update to the Rockstar Games API caused a wave of controversy among fans. They keep a close eye on changes to the code, and recently one of the Twitter bots discovered four new links that now lead to a 404 error page.

This indicates that the content has not yet been loaded but is being prepared for publication.

Rockstar has also started to clean up its social networks, which previously foreshadowed the announcement of the first GTA 6 trailer.

This all dovetails with parent company Take-Two’s upcoming earnings release, scheduled for May 16, indicating an announcement is imminent.

Let us also remind you that the official release date of the game is planned to be 2025.
