Apple is developing enhanced audio transcription and annotation generation capabilities from recorded voice in real time. The new AI assistant will improve the work efficiency of students, journalists, writers and others, writes AppleInsider.

Users will be able to record lectures, interviews, ideas and much more, without having to spend time transcribing the audio; Apple’s tool will do it for them.
The original audio recordings will be saved on the device along with the transcribed text to minimize errors and prevent loss of important data.
Apple is currently testing These features are in addition to several app updates that should come with the launch iOS 18 already in 2024.
