The device can act as an online storefront, digital waiter, concierge and consultant. Additionally, VTB also introduced the innovative large-format NeuroWall display, which can be used for digital consultation and navigation of visitors on trading floors and other locations.

The presentation of the devices took place at the Russian Retail Week forum. The NeuroKolobok terminal was developed as part of a collaboration with the company Neuro-City. The bank’s goal is to create convenient and personalized services for customers, underlining its commitment to hyper-personalization and innovation in financial services.

According to representatives of VTB and Neuro-City, the new devices offer companies the opportunity to improve customer service and increase quality of life by providing intuitive interfaces and innovative solutions.
