Initially, the Meta Verified program will be available in Brazil, India, Indonesia and Colombia, and then in other countries, writes TechCrunch.

Users who subscribe to the service will receive a verification badge and protection against use of their name by third parties.

Entrepreneurs will be able to use a business account from multiple devices, as well as create a personalized web page with information about their company that they can share with customers.
