Yandex announced the closing of an agreement to acquire the eLama advertising platform. The company did not disclose the terms of the agreement, according to its message.
The development of eLama will continue under the company’s own brand, Yandex highlighted.
“eLama customers will continue to have access to all the tools they already know and cooperation with partner sites will continue on the same conditions,” the company said.
Yandex announced the purchase of eLama in January 2022. eLama is a service that allows you to configure, launch and analyze campaigns on Yandex.Direct, Google Ads, Facebook, VKontakte and other systems.
Yandex initially expected to complete the transaction in the second quarter of 2022 after FAS approval.
