HE Windows 11 continues to grow, but with a much lower adoption rate than before, which guarantees its position in the number of users below the two versions of Windows 10. This information is what AdDuplex’s latest research report brings.

The survey only works with more modern versions of Windows, namely the different versions 10 and 11. This places Windows 11 adoption in third place at 23.1%, behind Windows 10 21H2 (38.2%). and Windows 10 21H1 (with 23.9%).

The current number of Windows 11 users represents growth, albeit small. The current 23.1% is just under 2% from the 19.7% the system had in April. Meanwhile, Windows 10 21H2 recorded even more impressive growth, from 35% in April to 38.2% now. It seems that most of this number were users of the 21H1 version of the system upgrade, as this version dropped by about 3% over the same period.

Slower adoption of Windows 11 was expected as the system required more hardware to allow the upgrade. One of the most notable is the TPM 2.0 component, which is somewhat outdated and not found in hardware parts that are a few years old.
