The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation (FAS) has filed a lawsuit demanding the recovery of damages from the Olimpsitistroy company to the federal budget in the amount of 17 million rubles, TASS reports.
The FAS is demanding the recovery of 17 million rubles from the budget of the company involved in the Olimpsitistroy bribery case.

According to investigators, the owner of the company, Alexander Fomin, paid a particularly large bribe in the form of “providing property services during procurement and subcontracting of works for the needs of the Ministry of Defence” to former Deputy Defence Minister Timur Ivanov.
The former deputy minister is charged under paragraph 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and on June 21 the court extended his arrest and stay in the pre-trial detention center until September 23.
The “real estate services” mentioned during the work are supposed to be the repair of various real estate objects. Moreover, Fomin also provided these services to friends of the former representative of the Ministry of Defense, for example, Sergei Borodin “and other persons.”
