Google is now testing a new design where a photo appears, like in instant messaging apps, with text already underneath. The bottom corners of the “text bubble” are curved to line up with the top of the photo.
At the moment, the redesign has only been noticed by one user, who shared it on Reddit, but the outlet says it promises to be a “more visually appealing” way to share photos in both RCS and SMS messages when it’s widely implemented.
