Vyacheslav Piksaev has extensive experience in logistics. As noted in the press service, he, together with Leonid Goldort, was at the origin of the company’s foundation in 2000. For more than 20 years, Piksaev was a member of the board of directors and participated in operational activities.
As Piksaev himself noted, the main task for the near future will be the company’s IPO.
“In addition, we will soon develop a transparent and timely partner price list and billing for franchisees. This is our priority and I promise that we will do everything possible to improve this system,” the new general manager is quoted in the press service.
Piksaev added that the company will have to work hard in the next three months “to regain momentum and achieve the planned financial indicators.”
On May 26, SDEK faced a large-scale outage, as a result of which the website and application were unavailable for several days, and pick-up points did not accept or issue orders.
The company announced the resumption of all services only on June 3.
In early July, it became known that SDEK co-founder Leonid Goldort sold his stake in the management company Modern Real Estate Funds. The parties chose not to disclose the amount of the transaction.
