The American electric car manufacturer Tesla has unveiled a new version of its Model 3 electric car with rear-wheel drive and an increased range. Foreign media reported on this.

Tesla unveiled a new version of the Model 3 with a greater power reserve
The car will cost $42,490 (almost 3.8 million rubles). Compared to the all-wheel drive version, the new product is even $5,000 cheaper. At the same time, it can travel 584 kilometers on a single charge.
The Model 3 will become Tesla’s most affordable car in the US market. Deliveries of the electric car could begin in July-August 2024.
The long-range version has the same features and increased power reserve as the previous modifications, but at a lower cost. Note that before launching the new product, Tesla will leave the prices of the base Model 3 and other cars unchanged.
It should be noted that in the United States there is a noticeable cooling of demand for the brand’s products, but Tesla reduced the decline in deliveries of its cars in the second quarter to 5%. This was influenced by additional discounts and bonuses for customers. This allowed the company to maintain its position in the market.
