The issue affects Core i9-13900K/KF/KS and Core i9-14900K/KF/KS models. The company recommends users adjust settings in the BIOS to improve game stability.

To do this, you need to determine the motherboard manufacturer using the “msinfo32” command in the “Run” menu in Windows.

If the motherboard is made by Asus, Gigabyte or MSI, you will need to enter the BIOS, select Advanced mode and change the SVID Behavior setting to Intel Fail Safe.

This method resets the processor to factory settings, reducing power consumption and improving stability, but can cause performance to drop by 10% or more.

Epic Games recommends this step for those experiencing issues with the game, but warns of potential performance compromises.
