Xiaomi Redmi 13 is a rather controversial smartphone in itself. Its equipment is standard: a key to open the case, a silicone case, a cable and a 33W charger. The body is made entirely of plastic. In addition, a film was immediately glued to the screen.

The screen of the new product is IPS with a diagonal of 6.8 inches, FHD + resolution and a pixel density of 396 ppi. Response – 240 Hz, refresh rate – 90 Hz. Brightness in the sun is 470 nits. This is enough for outdoor use, but not in direct sunlight.

The screen is responsive. The fingerprint is built into the power button. The smartphone also has a headphone jack. Face unlock works with a slight delay.

The processor is in the Redmi 13 – Helio G91. It is similar to the G88 in terms of features. Below are the test results.

The battery capacity is 5000 mAh. The smartphone charges in 1 hour and 20 minutes. A full charge lasted only 10 hours when watching YouTube. And with a second test – almost 9 hours.

For a budget smartphone, the Redmi 13’s audio isn’t bad.

The main camera has a resolution of 108 MP, there is also a 2 MP macro. In good lighting conditions, the photos are normal, although the focus is slow. In general, the camera is the most ordinary for a budget employee. The front camera is 13 MP. Naturally, video can be recorded at a maximum speed of 1080p 30 fps.

The difference between Redmi 12 and 13 is the main camera (50 MP vs. 108 MP), Bluetooth (5.3 vs. 5.4), charging (18 W vs. 33 W), processor (G88 vs. G91).

Xiaomi Redmi 13 has more disadvantages than advantages. These include poor battery life, old memory, price, lack of development in the smartphone line for 4 years. Advantages include quality of communication and frequency aggregation.
