The HeadHunter recruitment company has signed an agreement with the developer AFI Development to rent more than 9 thousand square meters of office space. The company’s individual project will be completed in 2026, after which the company will move to a new headquarters.
HeadHunter’s new headquarters will be located on four floors of a 16-story building. The premises are designed to accommodate around a thousand people.
The developer’s press service told TASS that today the company rents 4 thousand square meters in the “Calibre” business center. It is located near the Alekseevskaya metro station.
This is the first deal on the market to be concluded during the construction phase of the facility. According to the agency’s interlocutor, the rental cost could amount to 38,000-41,000 rubles per sq. m. per year.
