The domain name of the Wildberries marketplace, wildberries.ru, was transferred to its joint venture RVB with Russ. It was registered in 2004, the registration ends in March 2025. This follows from the data of the Whois service.

In June, Russia’s largest outdoor advertising operator Russ Outdoor and marketplace Wildberries announced plans to partner to “create a digital commerce platform.”
On July 4, Wildberries and Russ established a joint venture, RVB LLC. Wildberry LLC owns 65% of the company, while the remaining 35% is owned by Stinn LLC, the parent company of the Russ Group, and its beneficiaries are brothers Levan and Robert Mirzoyan.
Later, Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov, after a meeting with Wildberries co-founder Vladislav Bakalchuk (who owns 1% of Wildberries LLC), announced a “raider takeover” of the trading platform.
Tatyana Bakalchuk responded to Kadyrov’s statement, denying the official’s information and announcing for the first time that she is divorcing Vladislav Bakalchuk. The founder of Wildberries said that the creation of the joint venture was agreed upon with her husband, who only owns 1% of the business.
Lawyers interviewed by RB.RU did not see any signs of a raider takeover in what was happening around WB. Wildberries’ press service noted that they continue to work stably and that all obligations are being fulfilled in full.
