The decision comes after de Moraes allegedly threatened to arrest X’s legal representative in Brazil, Rachel Nova Conceicao, if the company did not comply with court orders to remove certain content.

Musk has been in a public feud with de Moraes for months, with the judge accusing X of harboring a “digital militia” that spreads fake news and incites hatred. De Moraes has previously imposed daily fines and threatened legal action against X for not complying with orders.

In response, Musk accused de Moraes of trying to censor the platform and said the judge’s actions were illegal and a violation of due process.
