One of the important changes will be the reduction of the body width to 77.6 mm (79 mm for the S24 Ultra), which will make the device more comfortable to use, especially considering the rounded corners instead of sharp ones.
At the same time, the screen width has increased from 72.3 mm to 73 mm, indicating a decrease in the thickness of the frames and an increase in the screen-to-body ratio.
These changes will not affect the functionality of the S-Pen and will also make the Galaxy S25 Ultra more comfortable to hold in your hand.
