The number of complaints about Wildberries exceeds 1.3 thousand. Users note incorrect display of product status and difficulties with payment.
Ozone users reported problems much less frequently: 160 cases were recorded. Complaints related to search performance, product catalog loading, and other issues.
Wildberries’ press service informed RB.RU that “all services on the market are working stably.” “Specialists have eliminated the anomaly and our users can use the service again without restrictions,” they added.
Meanwhile, complaints from users continue to arrive as of 14:35 Moscow time.
The editors of Ozon reported that the services are working stably. “Customers can order and pay for products without any problems. There are no massive complaints from users,” said the representative of the press service.
